Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Bihar Shaadi (operated by Cognitive Squad Pvt. Ltd.) has a strict zero‑tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or attempt to exploit minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.
1. Scope (Applies to Bihar Shaadi App & Website)
These standards apply to the Bihar Shaadi mobile applications (Android & iOS) and the Bihar Shaadi website. They apply to all users, profiles, photos, messages, calls, and any user‑generated content.
2. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE (Published Standards)
We explicitly prohibit, do not allow, and will take immediate action against any form of CSAE, including but not limited to:
- Any sexual content involving minors (real or implied), including images, videos, audio, or text
- Any grooming, solicitation, or attempt to arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes
- Any sharing, requesting, distributing, or linking to CSAM/CSAE material
- Any exploitation, trafficking, or coercion involving minors
- Any content that sexualizes minors, even if presented as jokes, “roleplay,” or “fiction”
3. Age Restrictions (Adults Only)
Bihar Shaadi is intended for adults only. As per Indian marriage laws, users must be at least 18 years old (women) or 21 years old (men). We do not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. If we become aware of a minor account, we will take immediate action to remove it.
4. Reporting & Escalation (How to Report CSAE)
If you see or suspect CSAE, please report it immediately. You can report to us and/or to official channels:

5. Enforcement Actions
When we detect or receive reports of CSAE, we may:
- Immediately remove offending content
- Immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts involved
- Preserve relevant information as required by law
- Cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal requests
6. Safety Measures (Preventive)
- Adult‑only eligibility requirements
- Reporting channels available to users
- Moderation actions including account suspension/termination for policy violations
- Fraud and abuse prevention measures
